Baxter is a freelance photographer. Originally based in Lymington, he now lives and works in Exmouth, Devon. The coastlines and landscapes of Hampshire, Dorset, Devon and Cornwall constantly inspire Baxter’s stunning photography.
‘I love to get out in our wonderful countryside, to observe the latent beauty and to solve problems working with light, form and the technical issues that using a camera entails… I am constantly seeking to find new ideas, interpretations and ways of seeing’
In 2012, Baxter was one of the winners of Landscape Photographer of the Year and exhibited his winning photograph, ‘Living It’, at the Oxo Tower in London. His work is in public and private collections throughout the UK.
