Textile Designer
Jane studied printed textile design and spent many years in the fashion industry before becoming a full time collage artist. She now lives in Cornwall and derives her inspiration from the Cornish coastline, landscapes, flora and fauna.
Jane’s work is very much process driven. She uses collage papers as sketch book pages, spontaneously adding textures, colours and marks to the pages in a variety of media. She then incorporates these into her final mixed media artworks.
Jane has exhibited her work throughout the UK, including with The Royal Society of British Artists, The Society of Wildlife Artists and The Royal Watercolour Society.
