Children in Need

Local sculptor Michael Turner initiated a really successful fundraising event for BBC Children In Need with Milford -on- Sea Jewellery designer Jo Vane through Coastal Gallery last week. Mike designed a fabulous stainless steel dragon fly and Jo designed a stunning silver and gold pendant. Launching the campaign on Facebook, we were all delighted with such a magnificent response and by 3.30pm on saturday a total of £1000 had been raised ! Thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of this – particularly Mike who came up with the idea !!
